01.修改源并更新 

su
#gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

删除其他源，添加如下内容 

deb http://mirrors.163.com/debian jessie main non-free contrib
deb http://mirrors.163.com/debian jessie-proposed-updates main contrib non-free
deb http://mirrors.163.com/debian-security jessie/updates main contrib non-free

更新系统 

#apt-get update#apt-get upgrade

02.安装内核头文件和GCC 

#apt-get install linux-headers-3.16.0-4-amd64#apt-get install gcc
#apt-get install build-essential

03.安装VM12 

#./VMware-Workstation-Full-12.1.0-3272444.x86_64.bundle
